We are pleased to offer a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty on all our installations. This warranty covers any defects resulting from improper installation or workmanship for as long as the original owner owns the property.

If any issue arises due to our workmanship, ZAZA Roofing & Exteriors will promptly inspect and repair the problem at no additional cost to the client.

Warranty Terms & Conditions:

• This warranty applies only to workmanship and installation performed by ZAZA Roofing & Exteriors.
• Manufacturer material warranties are separate and will be honored according to their terms.
• This warranty is valid only for the original property owner and is non- transferable.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
  • Natural disasters (hail, windstorms, fire, etc.)
  • Improper maintenance or neglect
  • Modifications or repairs done by third parties
  • Regular maintenance is the responsibility of the property owner.
